Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing or during special launches/restocks.

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping

At this time, Saving Grace ships within the United States and Canada only.

Please note that international customers (Canada) may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders. Customers will receive pickup instructions once the order is ready.

Subscription Box Shipping

Subscription boxes ship separately from regular orders and include separate tracking information.

Subscription boxes are shipped between the 20th–25th of each month. Beginning May 2026, subscription boxes will ship via UPS.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of Saving Grace’s control.

If a package is marked as delivered, delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using the tracking information provided.

Packages include the standard insurance coverage provided by the selected carrier at checkout. Additional insurance is not automatically added.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged within its original packaging and appears to have been damaged prior to shipment, please contact Saving Grace within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for possible replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return Policy

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase for eligible items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unworn
  • Item is in original packaging
  • All tags are attached
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is provided

For online orders, customers must contact Saving Grace before returning an item to begin the return process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Saving Grace reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging/tags.

Return Options

Approved returns may be issued in the form of:

  • Refund
  • Exchange
  • Store credit

The return method will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products/downloads
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Subscription box payments already processed

Books, Bible studies, and similar products must be unopened and unused to qualify for return.

Subscription Box Policy

By subscribing, customers agree to the following terms:

  • A minimum commitment of 2 subscription boxes is required before cancellation.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • Customers are responsible for managing their subscription and canceling prior to renewal if desired.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal does not exempt customers from payment obligations.

Limited Availability Products

Many items included in Saving Grace subscription boxes are exclusive to the box, limited edition, handmade, or purchased in quantities specifically based on the number of subscriptions sold for that month.

Because of this, replacement items are often unavailable once boxes have shipped.

If a box is lost, damaged, or mis-delivered during transit, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information. Saving Grace cannot guarantee replacement of limited-edition or sold-out items included in subscription boxes.
